Corporate Affairs Officer

Our client in the financial services industry is looking for a Corporate Affairs Officer to assist in achieving the company vision.


  • Dealing with CIPC matters (company formation, annual reporting, amendments etc) Board & shareholder matters
  • Board reports, resolutions that are required from time to time as a result of funding or other activities and record keeping of company contracts (contract register)
  • BEE certification – annual certification and implementation of programs to maintain or improve BEE score of group
  • SARS matters – registrations, amendment and ensure that returns are submitted and all matters up to date (completion of returns responsibility of finance division)
  • Reporting – annual & quarterly
  • Internal governance & compliance – credit policy maintenance and internal governance structures manage (scheduling, minutes, action items)


  • CA with minimum 3 years-experience in a similar position or Company Secretarial Duties
  • Highly proficient in Excel, proficient in other MS Office applications (Word, Outlook, Powerpoint)
  • Excellent organisational and administrative skills
  • Knowledge and experience with the National Credit Act & Companies act advantageous
