FRRW Consulting was established in 1998 to enhance legal practice and legal careers on the premise that the best employees in the best environment generate success. Clients are assisted by Shana Dozetos (BA.LLB.Wits), who was admitted as an attorney in 1998 and Simon Shane (M.Com), who is an Industrial Psychologist with a research and consulting background.
Our approach is to provide clients with applicants who have been carefully evaluated through an appropriate mix of interviews, psychometric testing (where deemed necessary by the consultant or where specifically requested by the client) and checking of references and qualifications.
